Since SDKAROPTS disabling, there are some compiling issues on Edison
windows SDK.
As SDKAROPTS change has been pushed in order to avoid tarball generation
issues, appling the revert after cloning Mingw won't disturb anything and
will fix the Edison windows SDK issue.
