added packet duration to FDP rate named tuple from manual FDP table. Can use static value passed to tdma node, use the values in the test plan OR if ommited, use the default values for the packet duration (according to the table) according to rate and type (data/mini). Includes [this] tdma calls settings, the last and now packet length in seconds (max supported for [this] tdma call)
