Breaking changes
================
- Add the `respond_to_uplinks` parameter to the Micromodem object to optionally disable uplink responses.  This is useful when operating on a system where another computer is responding to uplink requests.  This parameter is now `False` by default, which changes default behavior.

Removed new XST field, since it breaks backward compatibility.

Added support for CAXST version 8.
